In the context of a dynamic whole system, be it living, you, or lifelike, a relationship two or more co-create, diversity defines its completeness. The Mereon Method used in Discovering Your Youniverse is based on the scientific knowledge that makes it clear how such systems, each unique, naturally form, grow, and evolve.

You are whole. You are unique.

But the 8 sequential steps that your unique and whole youniverse follows to work are universal.

What you take in, take through, and put out into the world is up to you.

However, if you ignore diversity in your youniverse, or remove diversity from an organisation, adversity is guaranteed to follow.
