My HeArt

I started painting many years ago, each piece an attempt to reflect something that’s true about each of us. The eventual forms, colours, and flow, and yes, words are expressing knowledge that’s universal, and scientifically true. Each piece starts with a dream seed that I attempt to plant and water, growing into something unique.

The heart of every canvas is a renewed possibility, a remembering and honouring that life is a gift.

Each image recalls a moment of shining wonder, an ‘Ah ha’ where I was reminded that we are all love-able, loveable when we first understand, accept, and love ourselves.
