Decoding & Deciding
Are you ready to take control?
Is it time to do what you know is right for you?
Are you prepared to fuse your will and want?
In 1992, Five years after my first near death experience, I found myself standing in a dangerous ‘innersection’. Faced with an existential choice, what was at risk was my lifestyle, not my life. For my most of my life, difficult challenges were my reason to keep busy, but this time I knew it was time for something different. Rather than avoiding the decision every part of me knew needed to be made, I chose to spend 3-days in silence at a Tibetan monastery, tackling it head on.
During this time, the volume on Music I heard during my NDE played loud and clear, and the choice was simple. Three days turned into two amazing YEARS and in 1994, after spending a week with the Dalai Lama’s spiritual advisor, the Nechung Medium, he told me it was time to leave. The utter tranquility that permeated my body, heart, brain and spirit made exiting the monastic life unimaginable. When I asked where I was going, his response left me dumbstruck.
“To the world. But first, to the world of science.”
All these years later, the realm of science continues to unveil insight that seamlessly intertwines with ancient wisdom. It illustrates how you, as a living system, are intricately linked to everything and everyone. It makes it clear that authenticity is emergent, emanating from and shaped by the choices you make. This dynamic knowledge reveals that the systems you construct—be it a relationship, a family, or a community, all evolve over time due to internal and external factors.
If you long for positive change, for the light of love to open the darkness and lead to transformation, it’s time to change what you have the right, power, and responsibility to change.
Yourself.
