A Legacy of Starlight

One of my favourite things to do is go out several hours after sunset and simply look at the stars. With every breath I am touched by the Universe, aware that as She spins and expands her creation, I’m an active participant.

It’s amazing to know that most of the stars we observe were extinguished long ago. Time takes on a new meaning when I remember that it simply takes light years for their light to reach our eyes. Appreciating their brilliant legacy persuades me to keep my inner ember burning, my light brightly burning.

Your life is a complete part of the Universe’s memory. Turn your lights on, dance and know that your legacy of light carries love far every time you make a healthy decision!
